Delivery Information

Delivery Dates
All orders received before 10am on Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday and all orders received before 10am Thursday will be delivered Friday (providing in stock). Except bank holidays where alternate delivery dates may have to be made.

If you are going to be out and would like a neighbour to sign for the delivery then please leave a note on your door instructing the driver where to leave the goods.
If there is nobody to sign for the delivery, then the courier will automatically call again the next working day. If still unable to deliver then a card will be left,with the local depot number for you to contact and arrange a mutually convenient date. However if there are three attempts at delivery and nobody is there to sign then the goods will be returned to our warehouse and there will be a charge for further delivery attempts.
Saturday morning delivery can be arranged at an extra cost (ranging from £20 upwards)
Delivery charges stated are to mainland UK only, Highlands and Islands and Ireland will incur extra costs.

Delivery Times
Deliveries take place between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm. Unfortunately the courier is unable to provide an expected time of arrival.


Damages
If your delivery arrives and the box is damaged in any way then please sign as damaged or refuse delivery and another will be sent to you as we are unable to claim against our transport company on your behalf.
If you receive an item that is damaged and fail to sign for it as damaged you are accepting the goods as in good condition and it will be up to you to send the item back to our warehouse for inspection.

We therefore ask you to thoroughly check the goods on delivery .
