The Kandu Furniture folding single or double guest beds are strong enough for use by all ages and most sizes including for emergency sleeping requirements caused by floods, fire or other disasters or at airports and temporary shelters.

The guest beds have steel frames, powder coated in a grey gloss finish and have sprung wooden slats for the base (not springs or mesh) for added comfort and strength. No more Z beds that fall to pieces after one use.

Most folding guest beds are delivered already assembled, complete with a 4" (10cms) high density, flame retardant foam mattress and headboard and castors, for immediate use, assembly takes only minutes as does the process of folding to store.

The folding guest beds come complete with castors allowing ease of movement when folded and mattresses are washable ensuring hygienic use over and over again. There is a matching slip over cover for both the single and double folding beds when folded.
There is a double folding z bed, suitable for adults or children, as well as a single size folding guest bed and also a model that allows a second bed to be stored underneath the top platform as well as a conventional steel bunk bed for those who prefer this kind of sleeping. Suitable for use by adults as well as children.

The bunk bed can be split into two single beds if required and the ladder can be located on either side to allow positioning into the most suitable space. The mattresses are ordered separately.

The steel single or double beds are modern in design, strong and very easy to assemble.

The sprung wooden slats offer an extra level of comfort, unlike some of the cheaper options which offer either solid bases or a mesh base.

There is also a range of complimentary mattresses which are constructed using high density foam, cotton covers and finished to a high standard. The foam mattresses are excellent as an orthapaedic aid as they are very firm.
